We are looking for a full time Hotel reception manager

Main duties include: -

  • Checking guest in and out of the hotel including producing bills
  • Ensuring accurate payments are made/balanced
  • Hotel & restaurant reservations
  • General enquiries
  • Daily administrative tasks
  • Daily banking
  • Letter writing and email correspondence

You must possess excellent interpersonal skills, being able to communicate effectively with both guests and fellow staff members.

Shifts are generally between 7am to 3pm or 2pm until 10pm, 5 days out of 7. Flexibility is required as per the needs of the business.

We are a 24/7 industry and as a result we need our staff be fully available. Weekends and bank holidays are included in your working pattern, this includes peak dates such as Christmas and new year.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
